Materials Submitted

The Company does not use submitted materials for unrelated commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such materials.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services per these Terms. You agree not to:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
Termination
