Materials Submitted

The Company does not use submitted materials for unrelated commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit such materials.

Operational decisions based on platform outputs remain the responsibility of the user or organization.

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to discontinue use.
Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases, and data handling will follow contractual and privacy obligations.
